All Vagus Lab digital products are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days.
2. How to Request a Refund

- The product purchased
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request (optional, but helps us improve)
3. Refund Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Once your refund request is approved, Paddle will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Protocol-Specific Guarantee
For the 14-Day Vagal Reset Protocol: if you complete the full 14-day program as instructed, retake the Vagal Tone Assessment, and your score does not improve compared to your initial assessment, you are entitled to a full refund. Simply include your before and after assessment results with your refund request.
Please note: the 14-day Dr. Vagus Agent access included with your purchase is consumed during the protocol period. Refunds do not apply to any continued-access subscription purchased separately after the initial 14 days.
